Greenhouse Family Services is proud to offer Enhanced Care Management (ECM)—a supportive service designed for Medi-Cal members with complex health and social needs.

Our team helps children, youth, and families (ages 26 and under) connect to the care and resources they need. Whether it’s medical, behavioral, or community support, we’re here to help coordinate services so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

We work closely with you to connect care across doctors, dentists, social services, and community programs, making sure you receive the right support every step of the way.

With in-person guidance and ongoing support, our team stays with you throughout the process—helping you access care, overcome challenges, and build a healthier future.
